Deliverance House Of Prayer, pastored by the talented guitarist, Pastor Kaso Shaiza in obedience to the Holy Calling after having a personal encounter with his Creator, was initiated to reach out to the Chennai-dwelling North East brothers and sisters with a vision to lead them in the way they ought to walk pleasing their Maker. Beginning this ministry had not been a piece of cake, as ever. Amidst all oppositions, lacks, sicknesses, weaknesses and unprecedented mishaps, the Lord has been faithful in His calling; for He is the same yesterday, today and forever!!!

Nothing could be treasured than the moments spent in the presence of the Lord just as the Psalmist sings, “For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. Ps. 84: 10”. 

As most of us work at restaurants, hair dressing saloons, spas and malls, it’s been truly a tough task to find time and worship the Creator on Sunday mornings at the temple of God. However, our unabated desire to worship the Holiest of Holies had come true with AJC Church’s intervention in being so benevolent towards us to gather at the church premises on Sundays from 10.20pm to 11.40pm. The wind up with a light fellowship snack. Hallelujah!! It’s been wonderful to gather at the Lord's feet after a hectic Sunday. It goes without saying that it is the strength received at the Lord's presence that has made the believers of this fellowship to grow in the Lord, along with being successful children of God at their work-spots. The word of God has certainly been source of courage and strength against all odds.
