Our goal is to see pastors and leaders encouraged, refreshed, and equipped to continue on the journey God has called them to. We hope that during the conference, pastors are able to relax, build new relationships, and leave more excited about this calling than ever before. Over the years, God has raised up an army of national leaders who are actively serving the Lord in India. These men and women have dedicated their lives to toil in the field and winning souls for the kingdom. It is critical that these men and woman remain in ministry, continue to preach the Gospel, and win souls for the kingdom.

To serve this purpose, we organise,

  • Leadership Conferences
  • Pastors Conferences

Our leadership conferences are designed to develop and equip leaders and help them fulfill God’s destiny on their life. These leaders spend their lifetime preaching the Gospel, planting strong communities of faith and serving the people in their own communities. They are strengthened and encouraged by the teaching they receive and the worship they experience in these conferences and go back to serve the Lord in their own communities throughout India. These training conferences are held in different regions and in the local languages for the benefit of local pastors and leaders.

Conferences are far, far, far from the most important thing in a Christians life–like a thousand miles away. But they are one of the means God has seemed pleased to use in the past 100-150 years. It can be powerful to sing songs with so many people, and the fellowship and comradery across denominational lines in powerful. People are hungry for a big picture of God. We think that the need is the want for a warm orthodoxy with passion, with love, and with edges. They wish to hear God’s word, sing God’s word, and be with people who love the same things. Of course, any time you have a big conference there will be dangers associated with pride, envy, man-pleasing, idolatry, and like. More subtly, we make sure conferences come alongside the church, to encourage it, not to supersede it. A conference must never, ever be a substitute for the local church. The local pastor is a position instituted and ordained by God. Conference speaker is not. It is the work of the church to evangelize the lost, disciple the found, receive new members, exercise church discipline, build up the saints, carry out the Great Commission, administer the sacraments, and safeguard the truth of God’s word. At best, conferences are destines to encourage pastors in all these aims. Where a conference makes these things more difficult, it has outlived its usefulness. We ensure that through these conferences held, God can still use to bless pastors and strengthen the local church.

With a considerable number of pastors having attended these conferences over the years, the impact is phenomenal! Most of these pastors do not have formal training in Biblical studies and these conferences provide them with the training necessary to carry on their ministry. The worship they experience and the teaching they receive transform and strengthen them. Those who attend the conference are sharing that teaching they are receiving in these conferences helps them preach and minister to their local congregation for several months. These Christian conferences center with a passion and purpose to serve the local church. Propelled by this passion, we have conferences designed to help churches and individuals be more intentional and effective in their ministry. The goal is Kingdom building, so the conferences are open to all churches and denominations.

Across the nation, there are hundreds of conferences delivering top-notch information and inspiration to God’s people. Ever since the days of camp meetings, Christians have thrived on intense periods of Bible teaching, worship, and prayer. Today’s Christian conferences are designed to help Christians focus on their area of ministry, provide encouragement, and sharpen one’s skills tools for ministry. Conferences aren’t just for pastors or church leaders, either. There are Christian conferences for moms, dads, women, men, Sunday School teachers, families, new Christians, old Christians, and medium Christians. Basically, these are Christian conferences for anyone who is interested in deepening their relationship with Christ.
