But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things,
and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John 14:26

Here is a short familiar narration of a woman who acted out of her anger. A good farmer lived with his dear wife in a beautiful village. They had everything a happy life should have within, except for an offspring. Rather than running behind an unreachable reward that couldn’t be attained by human measures, they lovingly brought up a mongoose. Naming the mongoose as “Puny”, the farmer and his wife treated it as their real son. Years rolled by, when the couple were blessed with a handsome baby boy. Since then Puny was offered a little lesser attention, which he appeared to be neglecting. Puny was happy that its parents still have it beside them. One dark evening the woman who went to fetch water from a nearby well had the shock of her life when she saw Puny with blood-stained mouth and hands. She raged in anger, for she was sure that Puny should have used this opportunity to rip apart her loving son whom she had put to sleep at the cradle before leaving the house. The words of her neighbours and relatives who advised her to get rid of Puny on the birth of her son flashed across her mind. Her foolish reply that Puny will always be one among them made her feel ashamed. Out of her anger and frustration, she dropped the pot with water right upon Puny’s head and rushed to the cradle. To her surprise, she saw a dead python stained with blood right beside it, and her son was fast asleep undisturbed in his cradle. She wept badly in guilt and impatience for having behaved in her anger. There was no point in weeping over spilt milk! She lost a faithful friend in her anger.
