Genesis 17: 3

Our God is worthy to be worshiped.

You must get into the experience of kneeling down to worship God for the way He leads you, and not for the purpose of just receiving the blessings. If you ought to be inheritors of the Lord’s covenant, your knees have to bow down for the Lord to lead you. For, prayer and worship are not intended to meet your needs; rather, to know or learn as to how the Lord leads you and desires you to live, you ought to bend your knees. If not so, you can’t live or advance forward as a person of the covenant and thereby be victorious. To stand firm in God’s calling and the purpose of God choosing you and to dwell in the blessings the Lord showers, the first step is that you have to learn to bend your knees for God’s purpose and will in your life. When you bow down, never do it just to plead the Lord to help you amidst financial, materialistic and physical crisis; instead, plead God to lead you throughout every specific day even though you are fulfilled and satisfied.

When you bow down before God,
- Your knowledge must turn submissive,
- Your “self” has to die,
- Your life must turn fearful and trembling before God.
If so, the Lord will reveal the secret of the covenant during your prayer time in the morning.

Try committing your day to the Lord, and you will see Him turning your captivity like the streams of the south. He’ll show you the way this day to be relieved of your struggles, problems, evil and difficulties. Once you receive this direction from the Lord, you will have the assurance to bow down before God and to seek His leading. You’ll then never depart from such an experience. Ask God, “Lord I’ve come to begin this day in Your presence; show me Your ways”. Each day will then turn to be pleasurable, joyous and satisfied in the presence of the Lord. Begin this day as the day in which you sow for glorious things to come your way.

When you commit the day to the Lord asking Him to lead you,
- His blessings will encounter you greatly,
- His presence will satisfy you abundantly,
- His glory will descend upon you and be manifested,
- He will never let you to be troubled, shed tears or retaliate with fear,
- He will strengthen you to march forward and serve Him.

For the Lord we serve isn’t weak, never hides himself, never retaliates, rather, keeps advancing forward, opens up new ways, sustains His people with outstretched arm, rescues His people ruining the land and does that which no man can ever do for you and me. Just bow down and commit this day back to the Lord who bestowed it upon you, for when the Lord who crowns the year with goodness leads you, you can go back to bed with joy, happiness, satisfaction and heart’s content.
